Almond
In cosmetics, almond seeds are used to produce almond oil. It contains vitamins A, E, B and minerals such as calcium, sulfur and potassium. It also contains unsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic acid, linoleic acid and saturated palmitic acid, squalene and phytosterols - campesterol, stigmasterol, avenasterol, β - sitosterol.
Almond oil nourishes dry and sensitive skin prone to redness, itching or peeling. It is mainly used in the care of children's skin, which it soothes in case of diaper irritation. The oil does not leave a greasy feeling on the skin, does not clog pores and does not cause allergic reactions. It is quickly absorbed and protects against dehydration, making it ideal even for dry skin.
