Cinnamon
Cinnamon is obtained from the bark of cinnamon trees and has a strong spicy aroma. It contains calcium, iron, vitamin A, B-6, magnesium and vitamin C. Its main functions include warming up, thereby easing muscle tension, relieving pain and accelerating detoxification processes. Cinnamon can regenerate tissues and accelerate metabolism.
It has antiseptic and antibacterial effects, helps fight acne and prevents skin inflammation. As part of exfoliants, it helps to remove dead skin cells and leaves the skin soft and smooth. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory effects, it acts as a natural antibiotic and also has a positive effect on eczematous skin, where it relieves itching and excessive dryness.
Its aroma has an aphrodisiac effect.
