Common hop

The hop is a perennial herb from the hemp family. The most famous use of hops is the production of beer. In cosmetics, it is therefore used in products labeled as "beer cosmetics".

It contains resin, bitters, essential oils with terpenoids, flavonoids, phytoncides, phytosterols, waxes and choline. Beer cosmetics have a positive effect on our hair, nails and skin. They give strength and shine to the hair. The hop has astringent and antiseborrheic effects, tones the scalp and gives it vitality, regulates the formation of dandruff and slows down hair loss.

It also contains group B vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, potassium and sodium. This is suitable for the skin, which it cleans, softens and keeps hydrated. Hops do not belong to allergens, are antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, slightly disinfecting, toning and softening.
