Fucoreverse®

Fucose is a basic sugar present only in nature, in some fungi and in the cell walls of brown algae. Fucose is found in both the epidermis and dermis of human skin, where it plays a role in the vital functions of the human body by playing a key role in cell communication and function. The application of fucose to skin cells has a number of stimulating effects. It promotes wound healing and reduces allergic reactions. Due to its uniqueness, it is used in cosmetics for anti-aging of sensitive skin.

Fucoidans are high molecular weight polysaccharides of partially sulfated fucose that form the skeleton of algae. They protect cells by reducing oxidative stress, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines that damage collagen and protecting against the advanced formation of glycation end products that induce inhibition of collagen synthesis.

The combination of mono, di- and tri-mer sulfated fucose with molecular weight gives birth to Fucoreverse®. It is the biologically most active form of fucoidan. Fucoreverse® is intended primarily for more sensitive skin types. It fills in wrinkles, promotes cell regeneration and protection.
