Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring glycosaminoglycan – a high molecular weight polysaccharide. It forms one of the main components of the intercellular mass and is part of connective, epithelial and nervous tissues. Among the biological functions of HA, it binds water to itself, prevents the passage of viruses and bacteria through the pericellular matrix to the cell, and prevents the deposition of collagen, thereby promoting scarless tissue regeneration.

Olive oil is rich in essential omega-6 fatty acids, which the body cannot produce by itself. It also contains unsaturated fatty acid and alpha-lipoic acid, which affect almost all cells in the body and help convert carbohydrates, fats and proteins into a source of energy, vitamins E and K and minerals such as iron, potassium, sodium and calcium.
