Lactic acid
Lactic acid is produced by the fermentation of bacteria found in fruit, vegetables or milk. In the cosmetic industry, the synthetically produced lactic acid is used as it is more stable.
Thanks to its exfoliating effect, it helps the skin dissolve dead skin cells and thus reveals a younger layer of the skin, but at the same time it makes it more sensitive. It reduces wrinkles and pigment spots and adjusts the pH of the skin, especially the intimate parts. It has moisturizing effects and helps maintain moisture in the skin.
