Parsley

Parsley is particularly rich in potassium and manganese. Among the other substances it contains, we find α-terpinene, α-pinene, apiol, myristin, glycoside apiin, palmitic acid, oleoresin and tetramethoxyallylbenzene, some flavonoids such as apigenin, apiline luteolin and chrysoeriol and vitamins K, C and A.
