Red beetroot
Red beetroot contains betaine, minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, sodium, magnesium, iodine, copper, selenium, lithium and vitamins, especially of the B group or vitamins C and E. Due to its quartz content, it enables the strengthening of connective tissue and skin. Vitamin C is useful in reducing excessive acne formation. It promotes cell growth and activates the production of red blood cells, thus improving the oxygen supply to the cells. It helps in the formation of collagen in the skin.
