Vanilla planifolia

Vanilla is a climbing orchid native to Mexico. The plant uses a fruit (capsule) with a diameter of 1 cm, 15–30 cm long, containing a large number of black seeds. Vanilla contains a high number of antioxidants that prevent the breakdown of cells and support their natural regeneration. It improves the immune system thanks to its antifungal and antibacterial properties. It is anti-inflammatory and slows down the growth of cancer cells. The scent of vanilla also induces feelings of well-being, stimulates the senses and relieves mental tension.
