Wooden charcoal

Charcoal is produced from softwood by carbonization at a temperature in the range of 200-300 °C. Treatment with steam produces activated carbon, which is used in the cosmetics industry.

Activated charcoal has the ability to absorb toxins from the skin and body. It is valued for its high ability to clean clogged pores, whiten teeth, reduce increased sebum production, has exfoliant effects and is antibacterial. It is intended primarily for the care of problematic and quickly oily skin, which is troubled by enlarged pores or for skin suffering from eczema or psoriasis.

In hair care, it acts against dandruff, unclogs the clogged pores of the scalp, deeply cleans it and removes dirt, toxins and excess oil from it.
