We are currently looking for new faces to join our new team in the historical heart of Prague. Do you enjoy selling products you trust 100%? Then you've come to the right place, because we are looking for an enthusiastic, presentable and loyal reinforcement who not only shares our love for organic cosmetics, but has the potential to become a key player in the position of store manager with an exceptional remuneration of up to 60 000 CZK.

WHO WE ARE?
We are a Czech brand of organic cosmetics and we have been on the market for 8 years. We put not only a lot of love into our products, but also uncompromising quality ingredients.

As we are doing well, we are looking for new cosmetic consultants (sales assistants) for full-time and part-time positions in our NEW store, which will also be our flagship store. Come help us with this 😊.

After full training and full involvement in our flagship store, it is possible to earn up to 60 000 CZK - it's up to you :-).

We offer a starting salary of 30 000 CZK, which will increase to 40 000 CZK after successful completion of the probation period.

You will participate in the store operations
You enjoy working in a team but do not mind working independently as well
It is an advantage if you can demonstrate your skills and enthusiasm as a leader and share it with customers and colleagues - there is an opportunity for career growth to a Store Manager position

We will get along if:

You have a relationship with nature and organic cosmetics
You can listen well, advise, and sell
You have enthusiasm, commitment, and energy
You want to take care of the store and goods as well as yourself
You are ready to learn and educate yourself in your field
You have at least 1 year of experience in active sales
You speak Russian, English at least at a B1 level
